All submissions must include the Creative Expressions Contest Entry Form available online at www.csmd.edu/CreativeExpressionsContest.
Entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges representing the Diversity Institute, Charles County NAACP, Charles County Board of Education and CSM. Winners in each category will receive scholarship awards for either Kids' and Teen College, or CSM courses through the CSM Foundation.
